About Us

South Park is a dual language elementary school located at 8410 S. Towne Avenue in Los Angeles, California. We are currently serving 1,023 students from grades TK through 6th. South Park has a special education program that includes: PAL, EE, SLD lower and upper grade and a Resource Specialist Program (RSP). 

We envision a school of professionals, focused on advancing the academic performance of all students we serve. We see a school that values the cultural diversity of the community we educate by engaging students with challenging curriculum designed to enhance each learner’s ability to think independently, creatively, and critically. South Park will be a safe, orderly, and welcoming oasis valued and respected by students, parents, neighbors, and community leaders.

South Park Elementary School is a community of students, parents, teachers, classified staff, and administrators who work together as a team of educators to maximize student achievement. We challenge students to exceed the state and district standards regardless of their socio-economic circumstances and/or school readiness skills, so they can become life-long learners and productive citizens.
